  1. As someone whose parents rasied me to be a slave with the goal of selling me into prostitution, I can testify that prayer really works! Over and over they took me to a place where men would bid for me. Afterwards, my dad would tell me that it was so that I would become so accustomed to it, that I would never have the hope of being free. Yet, here I am today at the age of 58 with no emotional scars from these experiences, because my God answered my prayers.
