Hanne Fellers, Victim Advocate
Hanne Fellers is the Founder of the non-profit organization Passport 2 Freedom. She has a bachelor in International Communication, Culture Understanding, Religion and Human Rights from MHS Norway. And is currently finishing up her Masters in these subjects. At the age of 18, Hanne started traveling the world with Impact World Tour and GX International. She worked as GX International’s Program Director for 4 years, and traveled to over 14 countries with this youth performance group.
Hanne has a passion to spread awareness of Modern Day Slavery to this generations youth, and is working with Fashion professionals to utilize fashion as a tool to do so. She is on the Advisory board of the Fashion Department at The Art Institute of California – Hollywood, and working with Fashion Hope.
Jason Torres, Mission Coordinator
Jason Torres is a New York City artist with many talents. His his interest in human trafficking began about two years ago when he read a news paper article about a women’s shelter. It disclosed that many of the women were tricked and forced into prostitution when they were just children. From that moment on, research and awareness about the trafficking of people became a priority in Jason’s life. He has a keen eye to see slavery in many situations, from bondage labor in the work force to women and girls being prostituted. Jason states, “It’s happening all around us, and we need to take action.
